boyNow registering for Spotlight Gymnastics’ Spring and Summer Sessions 

Our programs are designed to teach children gymnastics skills through sound learning progressions at all levels of gymnastic ability in a safe and friendly atmosphere. Students train on our  uneven parallel bars, parallel bars, low and high balance beams, vaulting, pommel horse, team air track, trampolines and floor exercise mat. 

We offer the following programs: 


Parent and Tot classes offer a fun-filled experience shared by the child and caregiver where children explore the joy of movement exploration and introductory gymnastic skills under the supervision of extremely qualified instructors. The children will also be  developing self-confidence, listening skills and experiencing group dynamics. Children will tumble, jump, climb, balance, use numbers and colors – all while having fun.


Our Class Programs offer boys and girls the opportunity to develop the foundations of all sports –  strength, coordination, agility, flexibility, balance and self-confidence –  through the acquisition of gymnastics skills using  well-planned safe progressions. Spotlight’s dedicated, talented and creative staff fills every class with contagious energy and fun. Our classes maintain a maximum of a 6:1 ratio  students to instructors. Often the ratio is even lower.


Develops the attributes that enhance all other sports such as strength, speed, flexibility and agility. The boys’ parallel bars, pommel horse and “mushroom” are used in addition to our other equipment.


Spotlight’s tumbling classes, directed by Rumen Iliev, concentrate on a variety of tumbling skills needed to be a successful cheerleader. We use our trampolines, Tumble-trak and floor mats to teach progressions that lead to skill mastery. OUR TUMBLING CLASSES are great for ANYONE who would like to learn to tumble.

Spotlight Gymnastics JUNE CAMP features a different fun theme each day of the week.  Our 2016 themes included the following:

  • Mon: CIRCUS UNDER THE “BIG TOP” –  Our traditional “Dunk” Sean Day
  • Tues: THE GOOD DINOSAUR – Visit Spotlight’s Land of Dinosaurs
  • Wed: “WHEELS & WINGS” – Use your wings to fly on our zip line
  • Thur: HERE COMES SUMMER – Come slide in our foam pool & splash into summer
  • Fri: CARNIVAL – Come take a chance at all of our fun and zany games

Join us for one day, several days, or all week


  • 10:00-10:50  Ages 3, 4, 5
  • 11:00-11:50  Ages 2 & 3 (with caregiver)
  • 12:00-12:30  Lunch Connection (supervised)
  • 12:30-1:20  Ages 3, 4, 5
  • 1:30-2:20 Ages 3, 4, 5
  • 4:00-5:15  Tumbling Ages 6 – 9
  • 5:15-6:30 Tumbling Ages 7 & up


  • 50 minute class:  $31.00 first day; $29.00 each additional day
  • 50 minute class with lunch supervision:  $39.00 first day; $37.00 each additional day
  • Tumbling class (1 1/4 hours)  $37:00 first day; $35:00 each additional day
  • Tumbling class  all week (1 1/4 hours each day)  $160

Our summer program is held in our AIR CONDITIONED Pelham Manor gym. Our fantastic year-round staff directed by Sean Jones, Valbona Smajlaj, and Rumen Iliev will provide a fun experience for students while they learn exciting gymnastic skills. From the original warm up activities, handstand contests, special challenges to the skill training,  each day will provide activities designed to develop skills, strength, flexibility and coordination. Join us for one day, several days or all 7 weeks.


Our 7 week Summer Tumbling Program is great for anyone who wants to learn tumbling skills such as back handsprings, cartwheels, round-offs, flips and twists. Rumen Iliev, our Tumbling Director, has designed a program using trampolines, tumble-trak, mini tramp and many floor mat drills to help each student reach his/her tumbling goals. The program is designed as a one class a week program for 7 weeks. A discount is available for any student who attends 2 or more classes a week.
