Gymnastics & Why Should You Participate

Gymnastics is a complex sport requiring physical strength, flexibility, power, agility, coordination, grace, balance and control.

The American Academy of Pediatrics promotes joining organized sports to help young people to develop socially and physically.

Tumbling Tinies – Ages 12-22 months
Parent & Tot – Ages 2-3 years old
Gymnastics – Ages 3-16 years old
